General Manager Katy began with The Chef’s Garden as Farmer Lee Jones’s assistant before being named CVI general manager. Originally from Jamestown, New York, Katy’s blend of culinary and business education makes her an ideal fit for the role. Katy is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. She began her culinary career at Pittsburgh’s Grand Concourse, before moving to Cleveland for 22 years completing stints at Top of the Town, Players on Madison in Lakewood, Ohio, and Wild Flour Bakery in Rocky River, Ohio. Katy is the proud mother of two lovely daughters, Emma and Grace.
