Chocolate and Avocado pudding

This pudding is a dairy free and much healthier alternative to the snack packs we all grew up with. And for those of you who grew up with Seinfeld, this pudding does not form a skin.

Ingredients:
2 Avocados, cored and diced
3/4 cup organic blue agave
3 Tbsp highest quality cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Blend all ingredients on the soup function. Upon completion, take a rubber spatula to the sides of the pitcher and repeat.
Serve by itself or dress it up with a strawberry salad and Pistachios or toasted hazelnuts and olive oil.
