This is an assortment of our hand selected favorite varieties of sweet potato. Crown Jewel is a purple starchy variety. Creme Brulee is a white flesh super creamy potato. Boniato is a light purple developed in japan. and Covington is an orange flesh variety that came to us through Louisiana State University.
